LeRoy T. Carlson, Jr., is chairman of United States Cellular Corporation, a publicly traded subsidiary of TDS. Carlson is president and chief executive officer, and a director, of TDS. He is also chairman and a director of TDS Telecommunications Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of TDS.
James Barr III is a former president and chief executive officer of TDS Telecommunications Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of TDS, of which United States Cellular Corporation is a publicly traded subsidiary.
Steven T. Campbell is executive vice president - finance, chief financial officer and treasurer of U.S. Cellular, a position he has held since 2007. Campbell joined U.S. Cellular in 2005 as vice president and controller. Campbell is responsible for all financial matters for U.S. Cellular, including accounting, financial reporting and transparency, financial planning and analysis, and treasury functions. In addition, his team leads long-term business strategies, risk management, intercarrier business, legal and regulatory affairs, real estate leasing and site services, and supply chain activities. Prior to joining U.S. Cellular, Campbell held senior leadership positions at 3Com Corporation, U.S. Robotics Corporation and Amoco Corporation.
Walter C.D. Carlson has been a partner of the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP for more than 20 years, and is a member of its executive committee. He is also chairman (non-executive) of the board of TDS, of which United States Cellular Corporation is a publicly traded subsidiary.
J. Samuel Crowley is a private investor. He was previously chief operating officer of Gold’s Gym International, Inc. Crowley also served as senior vice president—new ventures at Michaels Stores, Inc., and was a business strategy consultant with Insider Marketing. Prior to that, Crowley was employed by CompUSA, Inc., most recently as executive vice president of operations.
Ronald E. Daly is a private investor. He was previously president and chief executive officer of Océ-USA Holding, Inc. Prior to that, Daly was with RR Donnelley, most recently as president of RR Donnelley Print Solutions. Mr. Daly is also a director of SUPERVALU, Inc.
Paul-Henri Denuit is a private investor. He was previously chief executive officer, managing director and chairman of the board of directors of S.A. Coditel.
Harry Harczak, Jr., is a private investor, and a managing director of Sawdust Investment Management. He was previously with CDW Corporation, where he served successively as chief financial officer and executive vice president of sales, marketing and business development. Prior to that, Harczak was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is also a director of Tech Data Corporation.
Gregory P. Josefowicz is a private investor. He was previously with Borders Group, Inc., where he served as director, president, and chief executive officer, and later board chairman; and was most recently a non-exclusive, senior-level consultant. Prior to that, Josefowicz was chief executive officer of the Jewel-Osco division of American Stores Company, and then president of the Midwest region for Albertson’s. Josefowicz is currently a director of PetSmart, Inc., and of Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc.
Kenneth R. Meyers is president and CEO of U.S. Cellular, TDS' majority-owned subsidiary. He joined U.S. Cellular in 1987, and held several senior management positions, including executive vice president and CFO. He became executive vice president and CFO of TDS in 2007, and was appointed president and CEO of U.S. Cellular in 2013. Meyers is a director of TDS and U.S. Cellular.
Peter L. Sereda is senior vice president - finance of TDS, which owns 84 percent of U.S. Cellular. He has held this position since 2011. Sereda is responsible for long- and short-term financing, cash and investment management, commercial and investment bank relationships, risk and pension asset management, and stock repurchases and other equity capital markets transactions. Sereda joined TDS in 1998 as vice president and treasurer. Prior to joining TDS, Sereda held senior leadership positions with Specialty Foods Corporation and Duchossois Industries, Inc.
Cecelia D. Stewart is former president of U.S. Consumer and Commercial Banking for Citigroup, Inc. Stewart was previously president of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's Retail Banking Group and CEO of Morgan Stanley Private Bank, responsible for all consumer and commercial banking. Prior to that, she held several executive vice president positions at Wachovia, managing customer service and sales. Stewart is also a director of First Horizon National Corporation.
Kurt B. Thaus is senior vice president and CIO of TDS, which owns 84 percent of U.S. Cellular, a position he has held since joining TDS in 2004. Thaus is responsible for all elements of TDS’ information technology function. Prior to joining TDS, Thaus held senior leadership positions with T-Systems North America, Inc., a subsidiary of T-Systems International (Deutsche Telecom) and Waste Management, Inc.
